Our Team

What Could Be Better for Your Family Than Having
Your Home Built or Remodeled by Ours?

For over four decades, the Foley team has transformed homeowners’ sketches and ideas into the homes of their dreams. This family-owned business has mastered the formula for marrying quality design, best construction practices, and affordability for its custom home clients, remodeling clients and commercial clients.

Owner

Kyle Foley

Kyle Foley is the current Owner of the Foley Companies and is involved in all of the day to day operations.  Kyle works closely with every one of his clients from the conception to completion of each project. You’ll often times see him onsite pitching in with the crews or playing with heavy machinery, much to the chagrin of the office staff.

Kyle starting working for the family business on weekends, holidays and summers at the ripe old age of 12.  His father Wayne made sure Kyle spent time working in every trade that is involved in residential construction so that when the time came he would be an expert at what he does with hands on knowledge in each aspect of the business.  Kyle ran the field operations of the business for a few years after he graduated school and then decided to venture out and learn other aspects of the business.  Later he worked on projects around the globe in Afghanistan and Thailand, until Kyle’s father informed him that he wanted to retire from the day to day operation of the family business and asked if Kyle would come home and take the reins.

Even though it was hard to leave behind the “island lifestyle” and the many close friends he made along the way, Kyle always knew he would return home to run the family business one day and was on a plane within a week. Kyle took over complete control of the family business in 2013 and over the last 7 years, he has expanded the company offerings from large remodeling and new homes to include kitchen and bath remodeling, outdoor living, development work and an investor arm of the company that buys land and develops homes to sell.
