W. M. Foley Construction Corp. has won twelve Finest For Family Living Awards, the “Academy Award” in residential home building given by the Northern Virginia Builder’s Industry Association; W.M. Foley Construction has won more Finest For Family Living Awards than any other builder of its size in the 50 year history of the awards program. In 1995, W.M. Foley Construction Corp. was the recipient of “Custom Home” magazine’s Pacesetter Award, which recognizes the country's top 10 best custom home builders for outstanding achievements in design, quality, marketing, management, and service. And in 1994, the company was selected as a Silver Medalist by the National Association of Home Builders and "BUILDER” magazine for the Builders Spotlight Award, recognizing the Foley Construction as one of the top three custom builders in the entire United States. W. M. Foley Construction Corp., located in Great Falls, Virginia, is owned and operated by Wayne and Linda Foley. Together they have built a reputation for professionalism, honesty, quality, efficiency, and value. By carefully building their team of professionals, Wayne and Lyn have all the expertise in-house to assist you with all the phases involved in custom home building, from land acquisition to financing to design and construction. If you want us to do a design for you, it will be on our state-of-the-art Computer Aided Design (CAD) program so changes are quick, easy and inexpensive. Recognizing that the most difficult task for their clients is determining the final ingredients of the home, Wayne and Lyn have amassed vast quantities of samples, brochures, and literature in their Great Falls office to make the selection process effortless. They have also carefully cultivated their relationship with suppliers to assure that their customers receive the best service at the lowest possible prices to insure further a smooth selection process through a Coop Buying group that Wayne helped to create in 1995 and is currently the incoming Chairman.

You may have seen Wayne on the nationally syndicated Home & Garden Show talking about how to properly insulate and sound proof a home as well as on kitchen and bath designs.

In addition to the extensive accolades the company has received, Wayne Foley received national recognition from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) through his appointment to the National Custom Builder Committee and the Design Committee where he severed as both Co-Chairman and Chairman.
