      We use the “win-win” approach to life and to our business. We’ll explain the process, then invite our clients to become part of the Construction Team throughout the building of their home. We do not “low bid” any of our tradesmen because they are the best in their trade, deserve a fair and reasonable profit and are part of the Team. Some have been with us over 20 years, so they have a dedication to each project and pride in our Team’s ability to consistently create high quality homes, on time, and at a fair price.
  4. Land
    • We can work with you and/or your real estate agent to find a suitable lot and analyze the hidden development cost that will impact your budget. If you don’t have a lot or a Realtor, we not only have a real estate license but also can help find lots that are not listed in the conventional way. Our company usually has a few lots under our control as well.
    • The biggest mistake made by clients is buying an inappropriate lot that breaks the budget or cannot be reasonably developed to meet the client’s needs.
  5. Plans/Design
    • We can use your plans or work with your architect.
    • Once we have a preliminary interview with you, we can probably show you some of our “in-house” plans that may be close to your budget and needs
    • We can modify any of our plans to any extent to meet your needs.
    • Since 1992 all our new plans are created with a state of the art Computer Aided Design program (CAD), enabling fast and cost effective changes for our clients.
    • Our design is so superior that Wayne Foley has done two television programs for the Home and Garden channel on bath and kitchen design and two other programs for the Homebuilder Network. Foley’s design ideas are frequently quoted in national building publications. Our ideas were the focus of a New York Times article in February of 1999.
  6. Budget Management
      The budget drives the whole process. We help our clients evaluate their budget and how each element of their lot and custom home fits into that budget. Once the customer decides how they wish to distribute the money within their budget, then we help them monitor each and every expenditure to be sure that the job stays on track and on budget.

    • We strictly adhere to the standards established in the National Association of Home Builders Residential Construction Performance Guidelines
    • Wayne Foley helped write the above noted guidelines which are the only nationally recognized quality and performance guidelines.
    • We have the best warranty in the business to back our work; we call it 1-2-5 Warranty! >1-year cosmetics like every one else, plus 2 years on mechanical systems - plumbing, electrical, heat/air conditioning, plus 5 years on the foundation.
    • Our soundproofing is so state of the art that we did a TV program on the subject for the National Association of Homebuilders.

    • Foley construction is not the cheapest—we don’t want to be!
    • We put more quality workmanship and materials in our homes so we have to charge more. The extra money goes into your home, not into our pockets.
    • Foley Construction helped form a buying group in 1993 to get better material prices for our customers. The group has grown to 40 builders and gross sales are about $250,000,000, which makes it about the 60th largest "builder" in the USA.

  9. Guaranteed Delivery Date
    • If you make your selections according to an agreed upon schedule, then we will deliver the home to you on time–period–no excuses.
    • A schedule of selections and construction is made part of your contract.
  10. Financing
    • We can walk you through the financing process to buy a lot, build the home and provide you a permanent loan, all at competitive prices.
    • Foley Constructions can refer you to several lenders that know us and specialize in this type of “wrap around” loan.
